Step up your training five to six months before hitting the beaches. Check out how much you weigh and measure critical body parts, and set a realistic goal for how you want to weigh or to look by a certain date. This will give you a goal to strive for, making it far more likely for you to stick to your present course of action.

Finally, try on a swimsuit after you feel you have managed to achieve a certain level of progress. Nothing would encourage you more towards your goal than looking great in a swimsuit, and with the proper motivation and sufficient amounts of discipline, you may just end up becoming one of the top swimsuit models on the scene yourself!
